7 Cups: Is an online service that offers free texting emotional support and affordable online therapy. Using technology anonymously & securely connects real people to real listeners in one-on-one chat. Anyone who wants to talk about whatever is on their mind can quickly reach out to a trained, compassionate listener through there network.

The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is an American nonprofit organization founded in 1998. Focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth, they offer a toll-free telephone number where confidential assistance is provided by trained counselors. Some of their services included: crisis services, research, advocacy, peer support and public education.
