Purdue OWL is a free website that helps students become better writers. It has easy-to-understand tips for writing essays, fixing grammar mistakes, and citing sources in styles like MLA or APA. It's a great tool for school projects and homework!
Khan Academy
Khan Academy is a free, nonprofit organization that offers online educational resources for students and teachers of all ages with a wide range of subjects, including math, science, history, literature, and computer science. There are short video lessons, practice exercises, quizzes, and tests.
Kahoot
Kahoot is a fun, interactive quiz platform that lets you create and play games to test your knowledge. It’s perfect for studying, team competitions, or even just reviewing class material in a fun way.
Quizlet
Quizlet is a free study tool that lets you create flashcards, practice quizzes, and play games to help you memorize facts and terms. It's great for test prep and studying vocabulary.
Crash Course
Crash Course is a YouTube channel with fun, fast-paced videos that explain school subjects like history, science, and literature. It’s perfect for visual learners and great for reviewing material or getting a quick overview of topics.
TED-Ed
TED-Ed features educational videos on a wide variety of topics, from science to personal growth. It’s a fantastic tool for learning something new in a quick, engaging way.
LibriVox
LibriVox offers free audiobooks of public domain books. It’s an excellent resource for listening to classic literature and even works great for multitasking while studying or on the go.
Notion
Notion is a powerful tool for organizing notes, planning assignments, and managing your schedule. It’s free for students and great for staying on top of schoolwork.
Library of Congress
The Library of Congress has thousands of free books, maps, photos, and historical documents online. It’s a great place to explore or find sources for school projects.
Google Scholar
Google Scholar is a search engine for academic papers, articles, theses, and books. It's perfect for students doing research or looking for scholarly sources for projects and papers.
Running Start
Easton School District works with Central Washington University to provide the opportunity for Juniors and Seniors to attend classes at the university level. Students who are interested in attending Running Start can visit CWU Running Start website.

Senior Scholarships
Many individuals and organizations in the Kittitas County community offer scholarships to local Seniors who are planning on continuing their education at a university, college or trade school. Easton School District appreciates this essential support to our students’ futures.

Food Handlers Course
A food handler's course, also known as a food handler's license or certificate, is a training program that teaches people how to handle food safely. This certificate is a great course to take for many future job requirements. It also is a great addition on your resume! Take the Course and get your Washington State Food Handlers Card.
CPR & First-Aid Certification Class (AED)
Taking one of these classes and keeping your skills sharp could safe a life. It also is a great resource to add to your resume. Some classes are in person which is beneficial to practice your skills, others are online. In this particular version of the course the National CPR Foundation will teach you skills covering:

If you are ready to get your drivers license, check out Central Washington Driving School. They will help you prepare for your tests and get the experience required. There are two locations near us, Cle Elum-Roslyn and Ellensburg.
Donors Choose
Donors Choose is a nonprofit organization that allows individuals to donate to classroom projects for public schools. Teachers can request classroom materials and experiences on the Donors Choose website. Donors can then choose to support a project by donating any amount. Donors can see how their money was spent, how they made a difference, and how grateful the students and teachers are.
